Plasti-dip or peel-coat?..I just picked up a set of wheels and I plan on being able to get them powder coated in the summer but temporarily wanna put some color on them.
Wondering if I can use the peel coat gloss clear over matte black Plasti dip, says on the back of the rusto can to only use it over their colors, but c'mon,
